After the epic of rigging this cave, three of us descended in unexpectedly (though not dangerously so) high water conditions to check the rigging ahead of the Eurospeleo event.
The y hang installed on the final drop of the second pitch was altered to a rebelay using the uppermost hanger to keep well away from the water bouncing off the ledge. The remained of the cave is rigged well and using the guideline installed halfway down the 4th pitch ensured that we were kept out of the main flow of water.
Rope rub on the last rebelay on the 4th pitch can be avoided by bracing across the rift and performing the change over rather than swinging into it. This tactic should also be used on the ascent.
On the whole, the cave is rigged well and should keep visitors relatively dry.
